Personal profile
I am bachelor in Business Administration by the Federal Institute of Science and Technology Education of Paraíba. I have a background in finance, data analysis and public management, areas in which I currently dedicate myself.
I have the certifications ANBIMA CPA-10 and CPA-20. I speak intermediate English. I have hard skills with Excel, VBA, Python, Power Bi and Data Visualization.
My soft skills are: (1) team management; (2) communication; (3) critical thinking; (4) problem solving and (5) working under pressure.

I held the positions of:Deputy Secretary of Administration; Culture Coordinator; Director of Public Relations; Member of JARI (Board of Appeals and Infractions) and, currently, I am Strategic Planning Analyst of the Internal Control Secretariat.
My work involves set goals for public administration,to analyze the political and economic environment,develop strategies,manage projects,to monitor results,to communicate goals,analyze indicators, identify risks It is prepare reports. I need to have skills in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, data analysis and visualization, in addition to skills in public speaking, team management, problem solving, public management, finance, bidding, public policy, among others. It is necessary to provide services to the contractor and integrate the Municipal Administrative Reform Commission.

I went trainee during a period of the year 2021.
I worked on prospecting, offering and closing deals with associates. I carried out the operational activities inherent to the job, as well as organization, account opening, contact with associates and other tasks.
I had managerial authorization to set up the investment portfolio - and financial planning - of the members who so desired, in accordance with each one's API and investment horizon, using the best available in the cooperative's portfolio.

Financial Market League of the Federal University of Paraíba
I participated in the UFPB Financial Market League as a Trainee from February 2020, holding different positions:
As Business Analyst, I analyzed economic sectors and companies, performing Valuation using discounted cash flow or multiples. I prepared reports following the LMF standard.
Acting as Newsletter Analyst, I wrote weekly reports on financial market topics and analyzed quarterly company results.
In the position of Graphic designer, I led the redesign of LMF's visual identity on Instagram. The process involved data analysis, choosing a color palette, art patterns, typography and creating new products. The implementation resulted in an organic increase of approximately 30% in followers, expanding the brand's reach.

Business Intelligence with Excel
During training in Business Intelligence with Excel, I learned how to generate advanced reports , explore tools such as Power Pivot and Power Query, DAX measures and obtain and transform external data. These skills allowed me to perform more detailed and efficient analyses, taking my data analysis skills to the next level.
